REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

1. Discount rates are applicable to Members, PWD and Seniors only.

2. Submit proof of payment to complete registration

3. Accommodation inclusive of 4 Days and 3 Nights (March 06 to 09)

4. Venue and Food as follows:

• March 06, 2025 Registration at CAP John Hay Trade and Cultural Center,

• Fellowship Night and Dinner at CAP John Hay Trade and Cultural Center.

• March 07, 2025 Breakfast, Plenary and Lunch at CAP John Hay Trade and Cultural Center

• Honor Dinner at Baguio Country Club.

• March 08, 2025 – Breakfast, Plenary/Workshop and Lunch at Newtown Convention Center

  (Free time 5PM Onwards)

• March 09, 2025 – Breakfast and Plenary at CAP John Hay Trade and Cultural Center

5. CPD Seminars and Convention kits are provided to Members Only.

6. Land Arrangements – Bus / Shuttle schedule to be announced (subject to availability / Final Updates)

• March 06, 2025 – Chartered Bus Manila to Baguio / Clark to Baguio

• March 09, 2025 – Baguio to Manila / Baguio to Clark
